How it works

BosqMap works by placing a file (extension .gjs) in the same directory as the MapInfo .tab file.  BosqMap then reads this file and uses the information it contains to display the data in the table.  Linked Tables, Photographs and Documents are all referenced through this file.

BosqMap uses a .mbx file compiled in MapBasic to display the data and does not rely on external applications.

Data display dialog box

Each column in a table can be displayed as either editable text, a dropdown menu or a tick box and is displayed in the data display dialog box.  User can add and view photos and documents, and link tables to each other.  This is all accessible through the same dialog box.  There is no limit to the number of BosqMap tables that can be open; each with their own dynamic data display dialog.
