BosqMap Forms is an add-on for MapInfo that allows users to design their own forms for data collection and data display.

It greatly simplifies MapInfo for non-expert users and standardises data entry ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.

It has numerous features including the ability to attach photos and documents. 

It can be used in the field (on tablet PCs) or in the office and can be used for virtually any data collection exercise.

Version 3 of the software has recently been released and public and private sector clients use this software for a wide variety of applications including:
